Community Association Advocacy:

Ken Strauss has been representing community associations in all aspects of law since 1999.  As a litigator, Ken has successfully served as lead counsel in both jury trials and arbitration hearings, and has participated in the successful resolution of numerous cases through settlement negotiations and mediation.  Courtroom experience includes superior courts throughout Western Washington as well as California, the Washington Court of Appeals, and Federal District Courts in both Washington and California.


As general counsel, Ken works personally with Boards of Directors and their management teams to ensure that each client operates efficiently, fairly and with a clear understanding of a community association’s authority and obligations to its members.
